OK, I bought the set off Amazon that has the fry pans and a small DO, Lodge brand and pre-seasoned. My smarter half was not impressed with the idea I had been reading about seasoning and would ultimately make these utensils food friendly. I figure to continue the seasoning with plain Crisco. Out in my shed I have a small DO with a minimal amount of rust, I figure I will toss it on the grill at 500 for an hour then begin seasoning it as well. Hopefully, all will go as planned...
