Electrical Diagram, looking for suggestions

I just wanted to post my electrical diagram and see what people thought. Any suggestions would be very helpful



The Shunt is 1/0

The solar panel wires are 6awg

the inverter 1/0

Blue sea dist panel is 4awg

Everything else is 12 awg

All the blue donuts are double car cigar plugs

Yellow are lights
The batteries are 2 6v 225AH golf cart batteries

145 Watt solar panel

Trimetric charge controller

I have no intention of being able to hook up to shore power, This is intended to be an off grid unit. Although the computer supply mod that I saw on here may be something done in the future if needed!

More outlets, we have 8 120 V AC in the cabin 4 in the galley and 4 external (one for the AC unit is 15A) we have used them all
3 12V DC outlets in the cabin two outside.
It is amazing how many things get plugged in the batter charger for AA C and D batteries we use rechargeables, weather radio, TV, laptop, battery chargers for cell phones camera.
Outside, the refrigerator 120 AC and 12V DC, fry pan, AC (5000BTU)

We did not start with all this, The weather radio came as a result of being in a camp ground and having a tornado warning, the fry pan came about, as long as you have AC why pay to use the propane...

Plan for more than you think you will need!

I would have smaller fuses off of dist panel to groups of lights, cig plugs, fans at the least

Those are the initial fuses to the distribution panel from that point they get broken up and most will be on 15 amp fuses

I'd use 30 or 40 amp fuses for your power off the batteries.
Also, if using leds, a 3 to 5 amp fuse is better matched to
the power draw. IMHO

Fuses and breakers are sized to protect the wire, not the device that is being powered.

If the wire can safely pass 15 amps that is the fuse/breaker size to use.

Think houses; 15 amp fuse/breaker on 14 gauge wire, 20 amp fuse/breaker on 12 gauge wire....

If a wire starts out at one size and then is changed down to a smaller size, there should be a fuse sized to the smaller wire at the point of transition.

Finally got the battery box mounted so I could start the main wiring. I am glad to be almost done with being how time consuming it is. I think so far it has gone pretty well. Working with 1/0 cable is such a pain in the ass might I add!!

Your battery box set-up looks really good, but seeing that you're using two lead acid batteries, I would suggest using some acid absorbing mats, JIC.

I would use breakers instead of fuses for >50 amp applications, but 100 amps between the battery and the distribution panel is really, really high.
