Source for 5 wide aluminum.

I need to find a source for 5 foot wide aluminum . Cant seem to find anybody in Utah that can get it .
Its gotta be white on one side.

Even a mom and pop sheet metal shop should be able to order a sheet, or sheets in from their supplier, as they get shipments from the big suppliers on a regular basis. Just a thought.

Yes and they told me this. You can find Mill finish in 5 wide pretty easily at metal supply shops but ....you cannot find 5 wide in painted (white) sheets. Im told they only come in 49 inch. Yes I said 49 inch.

BTW; What do you use to glue your aluminum panels to the wood ??

I have used 3M 77 and 80 to stick aluminum to vertical trailer doors. In a previous life I installed vinyl tops on cars. The principles carry over, but some of the techniques don't. We are both in the same town PM me, I'll show you what I have done.

Check with a Local Sign Maker who makes Metal Lighted signs.

If you folks will check with a tractor trailer repair shop they carry what they call " Plymetal". It has the aluminum attached to the plywood. It comes in 1/2-3/4 inches sizes. The trailer companies use for their doors. It comes in White and aluminum colors. I'm sure you might could even order a differant color if you have the money. Not sure on the price,but briefly worked at one of these stores years ago.

Check with Utility trailer on west 2100 south. They may have wide white aluminum but it may be thin.
