Bob (Irrowe), sorry to get back so late, finally got two shots in my back to ease the pain, waiting to see surgeon next month. Don't want them messing with my back...But!

Maybe sometime next year we will get together, there is a "meet" out your way from the Southern Appalacian group on Tearjerkers. Let you know.

Question...(to anyone)... I am going to make mods to mine, we don't really need the shower, since wife wants to be in all campgrouds with facilities, so, I was measuring my 7x14, as registed, from inside front of v-nose to the open edge of the ramp frame!!! I measured 15'10"??? Could this be wrong??

Now we want to move the kitchen area up in the v-nose, which would leave more cabin room, plus build a bench accross from the bed frame, down, to make it like a Cali-King and storage area.

Just need to re-run some of the plumbing for the sink to use the hot water heater.

Always have to make it your own.

I measured 15'10"??? Could this be wrong??

It's correct. The interior V is not part of the manufacturer's interior or exterior saleable space. The V is only there for improved aerodynamics. Only the full rectangle counts for "useable" interior box space. Where the V starts is where the measurement of the box ends. Think of it as a freebee that you have to pay more for.

My 12 footer measures 14 ft. 4" on the inside, front to rear with the V.

Interesting and now I see how your shower is set up. It does allow your space to use for multiple purposes.

I finally got around to getting a piece of ply cut at HD, needed 76"x30" to add to the fold down bed to make it a Cali King. Going to order some memory foam mattress for that size.

Haven't set it up yet, because I am back to using a cane to get around, the last shots in my back wore off sooner than the last ones. At least I get to see the surgeon this month, had neurology do the electro shock needles in my legs. Hopefully surgeon will give me some idea of what the future holds. Having two compressed disks and Meralgia Paresthetica really sucks.

First camping trip is scheduled for April with a group from the Tear Jerkers, gotta get in shape.

Sorry your back is not doing well. I had my steroid shot a week and half ago and I am much better. Worked out today.
Go back in another week for second shot. My hope is that this does prevent the vertabrae fusing surgery. I look forward to when we can meet up. It looks like we have similar stories to share.

Can you share some info on the Tearjerkers event you are talking about?

I see the surgeon next week to read my Neurologists shock tests. I NEED relief soon.

Yep, scheduling an operation to relieve these pinched nerves. Now they go all the way down to my feet, nearly crippling me.

I gotta get some relief soon, but of course two surgeons I spoke to are SO Busy!!!! Have to wait on them! Next stop, Emergency Room!
