Very nice.

Well worth the time to look!

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...

Thanks, I had that link many months ago but lost it. I kind of like the roof line of the trailer at the top.

A lot looked like they were build for camping, but were used as homes.

Back in the 50s, 60s and 70s when we had a pretty large farm we had a bunch of small camping trailers for labor housing. A few lived in them for most of the year. Little more than a camper.

I remember one that was of very high quality construction and finish. I have no idea what the name was but it was around the farm for over 10 years. Under the tongue there was a set of small double boggy wheels. I would say it was built in the late thirties, maybe 40's. We stayed in it a few times when we was on the range tending to the sheep. That experience is what kept me from getting a Coleman lantern until 2010. I just remember dad having to fiddle with it and an occasional small explosion. I had a fair collection of stoves before I got my first lantern. And my life has been down hill ever since.

Hi Sagebrush. Great pics, thank you. I was always pondering what a caddy (1950's) would look like. The idea of that experiment has s;owed.
Enjoy, Chris
