Hello from NC Washington

Postby campercrazy » Sun Dec 21, 2014 9:27 pm

I've been "stalking" for about a year now, and finally decided to make the plunge... Living about 2 hrs out of Seattle in the eastern side of Washington. Little bit about me I guess.. Traveled the world in the Navy, sleeping on everything I own for quite a few years, got me to appreciate and understand "small travel living". Built my first teardrop last year, and a year before that, rebuilt a 1968 12' fleet craft camper.. Both great projects! We have only had peanut (the teardrop) out twice before the weather got to bad. Built it for four Seasons use, but still learning the ends and outs of what goes where, fine tuning stuff...
Anyhoo, during the teardrop build, I learned tons of to do's and some not to do's, mostly from this forum. You guys are great for sharing experience and knowledge! Already planning another build, once the bugs are worked out of this one. I'm not much of a social butterfly.. Don't have Facebook, Twitter... Waste of time. But this forum I feel will be something right up my alley! Can't wait to share the knowledge and know how, thanks for listening to me yammer.. Lol. Until next time..

Welcome Neighbour
4 hrs (to the minute) from our house to the traffic light on the East Wenatchee side of the bridge!
Made that drive at least 10 times this past year.
To bad you missed our last outing with TD friends in Lake Chelan. It was a nice way for us to wrap up the 2014 season.
As the "New" official Director for the PNW Chapter of the Tear Jerkers, it is my goal to boost participation in Teardrop events and activities! To that end, I would like to see a lot more participation from this side of the mountains.
New enthusiastic members like yourself are what we need to make this happen! :applause:
Please Pm me with your information and I will add you to our contact list!
I am also the Director for the B.C. Chapter of which we now have 25 new members.
Our contact list is updated and sent to every member with the addition of any new member as they join.......I would love to start the same "Directory of Members for our PNW Chapter.
Are you a Tear Jerker Member yet?
We are also planning a "Teardrop Crawl" across Hwy. 20 for Sept. 11 - 20th 2015.........Perfect loop or half loop for you.
Sorry for such a long winded welcome.........but it is always exciting to get new members to the TnTTT that are in our back yard.
Good Roads

PS.
We will be hosting our 2nd Annual TJ Farm Gathering July 16 - 19th 2015.
