You say Flush Mounted. Does that mean all the box is internal except for the cover? If yes, I might have to force myself to go into WM. Boy that will be a struggle if you know what I mean.

I was intending to mount a couple of waterproof access covers on my trailer: one for park-power input @120vac, the other for external output of the same voltage. I bought a metal box for the input, and was looking for a Marinco for the output, when I realized that I had had several outside outlets fail me over the years, due to bad gaskets or failing to shield a working circuit from wind-driven rain. I decided to mount my plugs/wires inside the trailer, with an expandable waterproof cover protecting the opening and with only an outdoor-rated extension cord exposed to any water.

My plug-ends are well away from any possible water contact, and my chosen cover will allow two cords(input, output) to be used at once.
