[Sundance]

Just wanted to introduce myself here. I use Sundance as my user name. I live in Whetstone, AZ and enjoy the warm climate here. I recently retired and now spend my time doing some of the things I really like. These include working on old cars, riding my motorcycle, building custom knives, leatherwork, and woodworking. I've been interested in teardrop trailers for a long time but they were outside my budget. Now that I am on a fixed budget it's even worse. I guess I will have to build one! Years ago there was a company called Drop Tear Trailers. The idea of their trailer was that it dropped down low and opened up to allow loading a motorcycle inside while still being able to convert back to your camping/sleeping space. To me, this was an ideal unit but they have gone out of business. My thoughts are to try to recreate this useful unit for myself. Has anyone tried and posted any information on this type of unit? Thanks for listening to me. Maybe I will be posting at a later date.
