New member in the Kansas City area

Postby RichGL » Tue Jan 06, 2015 10:47 pm

I am a recent MyPod owner and member of this sight. I made one long trip last fall to Mustang Island TX and Galveston Island TX last fall. I was very happy in the way the MyPod traveled. I did get many interesting looks and comments about the trailer.

I'm looking forward to several trips in 2015. One trip I'm looking into is to the Yellowstone area in late May or early June. Looking for any suggestions.

Thanks and looking forward to reading other posts and meeting other teardropers.

Welcome to the Forum
Yellowstone has some amazing features, but don't let the anticipation of it distract you from the other wonderful things that are available for you to see along the way!
Utah is amazing!!!
Way better than Yellowstone in my opinion.

Welcome to the forum we're about 40 miles east of you in Ray county. We went up to WY in 2005 but didn't make it to Yellowstone though. The furthest west we got was Wind river canyon it's pretty cool. Hope we can meet up somewhere camping in the future.

Looks like my old Toyota Prius could have pulled a MyPod trailer.

Welcome! I'm not too far away in Lawrence, KS. Still in the dreaming stages and enjoying some of the great builds here. I am going to have to get out camping a few times this year even if it is in a tent.
