Our customers love them. They are a really popular option as opposed to the dumpy spring mattresses you find in most campers from the manufacturers

Most of the thicker "memory foam" mattresses are really a combination of heavier foams with a 2" or so topping of memory foam bonded to it.

Check out places like the foam factory for just about any weight of foam you want. http://www.thefoamfactory.com/

Thanks. Memory foam for bed = 100% yes. But wasn't sure about when in couch mode.

[BTW Cindy, your build thread is so detailed, we learned so much reading through it!]

That is a great question that I too would love to know the answer. Perhaps the cushion could be flipped - memory foam down - and that might reduce the compression on your seat

Apparently the jury is still deliberating on this one. Has anyone flipped a mattress such as the Sams Club Night Therapy 8 Inch Memory Foam to see if it works better upside down for a couch?
