No pictures, no beer!

It's either that or get Sandi to do the welding while you have a beer  oops I meant to say, post the photos :pictures:

Have not heard much from you Frank since I mentioned that you should form a TJ Chapter in NZ.
Thought you might be mad at me or something.

Hi Brian, you obviously have been working too hard on Kermit to read your own thread :sweaty:
I have been popping up there now and then :)
I had replied to your question about TJ Chapter here but had no reply  check my build journal 2nd Jan (or that may have been the 1st on your side of the world).

Maybe you should put Sandi to work posting the pictures. :pictures: Just a suggestion. Gives you more time for beer.
I'll burn that bridge when I come to it.

Maybe he should, as he didn't react to the idea of her doing the welding

Hi Sharon
I take pictures of Kermit every day!
But I am at that boring stage of the build. Do you really want to see pictures of welding, welding, welding, of small rust repair and support pieces?? :NC
Rounded the galley hatch corners yesterday, so I don't have to go in and get my forehead stitched up at a Gathering while trying to show off the galley features while drinking wine?
Tomorrow I hope to have the fenders fitted and tacked on.
Will you be at the Dam for my annual "Hug"??

I'm saving a hug just for you, Brian! Do you still think you'll have Kermit done enough to bring? The time for the Dam gathering is getting so close....

Seconded !
That stuff might seem 'old hat' to you but to a non-welder like me it's all new. You are also doing something unique so all the little things are different than what everyone else is doing.

This is a comment I made in my travel thread, that I feel applies equally here :)
" Thanks for that KC. It's not until I start doing something like this that I realise that I do not take enough photos of the scenery on our travels. It is a case I suppose that I, like probably so many others, tend to take it too much for granted and think of it as the norm. Where I look at the photos posted by people in other parts of the world, and think wow look at that, I don't think that maybe those same people are probably doing the same thing."

We also brought the third donor vehicle down from the back forty....a 1949 International PU cab.129643129647129648
We cut the roof off. This will be used as the lower front section of the body and part of the under belly.
