Got the interior skin in
But there was a gap each side, my spars are 8mm too long as my maths sucks, giving the top of my trailer a width of 1208mm (base is 1200) so I will sort this tomorrow night

Then it will be fantastic

Interior shelf and lights go in tomorrow or saturday

What are you going to do? Cut the spars and re glue or do something with the ceiling?

Were you planning on trimming out that corner ?
A thin strip of trim on the ceiling along there ought to wide enough so that only we will know...and that's ok 'cause this whole 'internet' fad will never catch on...
I'm sure I'll have gaps bigger than 8mm when I panel mine...but I have already allowed for how to hide 'em !

As they say the sign of a true professional is how well they hide their mistakes.

I nice bit of 13mm hemp rope would look really nice hiding the gap. I'll be using the same to hide my interior mistakes - oh, I mean my interior enhancements.

You did not cut them wrong, instead you created an inverse aerodynamic hyperblahblahblah that will by itself make your design lighter, faster and more economical when traveling, but also larger when stopped. See, it was all in the design.

8)

And by the way, seriously, I really like your design. I like curves!

I will cut the spars, it is not too big a job.

I still cannot beleive that the first Tear I see in real life will be my own..

If you get a skill saw with an adjustable guide you can set it off the sidewall to the margin you need and should give you a nice easy acurate cut
