I'll vote yes, on the can-a-worms.
I'm a proponent of sandwiched walls; 3/4" or 1/2" framing/insulation sheethed in 1/4" or 1/8" plywood. Out of curiousity, why 2" walls? If it's insulation, I think it's overkill.
A queen-sized good foam mattress will fit inside a 60" teardrop with those walls.
