Hello to all!

I have been creeping on the site for a while and figured it was time to join! I just tore down an old larger Viking tent trailer and now have a debate. Build a teardrop from scratch on the newly found base, buy a kit, or buy one used.

I love the passion this site gives off and all the helpful suggestions. My skills are limited, but I have a partner in crime who would love to come over on weekends with his expertise and power tools. As our wives are best friends, we have to tread lightly on time and costs...

Hi Kevin, Your decision to join is great and your decision to build will be even better. I built mine before I found the group and spent many hours scratching my head. You'll have no problem and the fun you create will be yours.
