I'm going to use a portable 33 gallon tank like you see in the pictures so no vent.

I went back out again this morning and put up the rest of the foil backed insulation that I have right now. Need to get two more sheets to finish up but need to get the windows in first. I'm going to get the insulation, spray foam to redo the three front channels and 12 gauge wire tomorrow at Home Depot so I can get the wiring done before starting on the cabinets and finishing up the walls.

BUMMER. I went out to put the plywood back on the walls and found that they had all warped and some had delaminated. Going to have to get some new plywood.

That sux...sorry to hear that. That is one thing I'm worried about happening when trailer is being stored.

Well, I'm to blame for that. I stored them outside between two sheds with a tarp over it. My bad.

Well, summer has come and I don't feel like working in the heat here in the Phoenix valley on the trailer. We have purchased a new (to us) vehicle, a 2009 Chevy Trailblazer LT 4X4 and have been looking at car top tents. So, I have decided to sell my project. You can go back and see what I have done and where it is at now. I am going to buy new 3/8" plywood to put back on the walls since it has been insulated and will include the shower stall and windows that are brand new and two spare tires. I have put a lot of work into it would like to get $5000 out of it. I will also throw in the HD height adjustable hitch with load leveler and anti-sway bars, Dometic 310 RV toilet, 45A converter, shore power and shore water recepticals and windows. This trailer only has about 1500 miles on it and the tires are like new. PM me if you are interested.

We sold the trailer but the buyer didn't want the extra stuff as he was going to use it as a cargo trailer, imagine that. haha. I have put all the items I purchased for it on the Phoenix Craig List site. I have sold alot of things but still have items to get rid of. We decided not to get the car top tent. It would be to big of a pain to get up in the middle of the night, climb down the ladder, go to the potty and then back up the ladder. Looking at other options like a 16' Casita or Scamp camper trailer. Thanks again for this forum and all the ideas I got from it.
