Or for electric brakes. I wouldn't imagine it would do the best job in the world at battery charging would it? Here we generaly use battery sized cable and anderson plugs to charge

I use mine to charge the TD battery.... well, to maintain the charge while towing. It makes up for the 12V fridge, and adds a little bit more. With a 100amp battery at 50% it would probably take 5 or 6 hours to bring it back to 90%, but it helps. Tom
Generaly here we use 13.5mm2 witch is 6 B&S. It's heavy battery sized sized cable and used to eliminate voltage drop. I'll be using this on mine as I've got 2 batteries in my land crusier and will run of those as well without to much voltage drop but I know our trailer plugs like almost anything electrical are very differnt
