Greeting from NC.

How's it going all?

25/M native Texan here. Been on the tiny house pipe dream for awhile. Officially started going even tinier last weekend to test the mindset and lifestyle out.

Building me a Kuffel Cubby like many. Got the heavy duty Harbor Freight last weekend. Construction on that is approximately 25-30% complete (my ratchet is too big...).

Was wondering about a few minor details regarding the trailer, but find it best to post those qs where they belong.

Probably doing aluminum siding, with a black flying ace snoopy on one side with a pineup girl on the other. Thinking of painting the hubcaps and trailer military green for a bit of the ole regalia/old fashioned military look feel and vibe.

Anyway just thought I'd introduce myself. Lurked for a little while, so I just want to say I'm happy to find such likeminded folks, even if it is virtual.

Until we meet again,

Peace.

Welcome to our forum, I know that often we get the idea that the forum is made up of viritual people but I can assure you that I am real and have built my own trailer and have been to campouts that are with some very real people. I am in GA and have been known to travel to places to show people my trailer. I started with The HF trailer also. I hope you have done your reading and have found the notations about the goo" is not "goo" that is the packing substance that the manfacturer has so generously placed in the weel bearings. I washed them out with mineral spirits(paint thinner) and then packed them with greease. I only mention this because the combination of grease and this "goo" is not a good mixture. Welcome!!
