Where is everybody?

Postby Vedette » Thu May 14, 2015 10:19 am

20,000 members.......and the Forum has slowed down noticeably over the past couple of months.
Everyone can't be out camping???
Let's get something going here! Pictures of camping trips, builds, roadside TD shots, happy campers, camp cooked meals,...anything?

I think the sour cream and buttermilk recipes are the secret. We have a little donut shop in southern Indiana and their recipe is a 4th generation secret. I truly believe the depth of the flavors are greatly enhanced with these two old time ingredients.

We're here. Just a bit busy with the new job.

We picked up our tires last weekend so now we have a rolling chassis. I slipped the receiver into the Mini and it comes out very close to level. I'm surprised! We're working a few details now like welding in support for a tongue box. After that it's time to prime and paint.

I have a lot of work to both start and finish on the trailer, but with my wife's heart surgery last month and my back ailments, I have basicLly gotten nothing done on my project. So I have little to post about. And I already paid for campsites in July with the VA Tear Jerkers chapter and I no ways ready for the trip.

Battling long work hours and electricity load shedding. Winter is creeping in and build times is getting too short in the evenings.

Been traveling for work. Seattle and So Cal this week. Have a trip to Australia coming up in a few weeks, then Philly, then Orlando. Not sure after that but I know I need to hit So Cal again as well as Portland.

So, busy, busy, busy. Hoping to squeeze in some weekends camping if I can.

Nice ride Mick. I used to ride an XR 250. Great bikes. Build like tanks and incredibly reliable. Sold mine to raise money to buy a home. Now riding a WR250.
