We need a seperate Topic Category just for Galleys

I know there is a "Galley Gallery" in some post, but with all the folks building their own and looking for ideas, The Galley Gallery really needs it's own category, or at least a Sticky somewhere.

That comes up from time to time and those of us who've been around a while tell people to look at the top of the screen, under the pull-down, Design Resources and click on SDTripper2's Indes The galley gallery is listed in two places there. At the top, under item #5 and also about a third of the way down the screen, under the title Galley These two references have a "go-to" clicky that, when clicked on, will take you directly there.

I agree with you. There are seperatoe categories for various aspects of the teardrop, but not one for just Galleys. I do believe there is enough on this topic that would warrent it's own category. In that category there could be a sticky for the link to the Galley Gallery.

Thinking more about it I think I would go a step further. There are main folder groups labeled: General Discussion, Tiny Travel Trailer Designs, Camping & Gatherings, and Wanted Or For Sale. I would add another main folder group labeled Construction Guide.

I would then put the construction related categories from the General Discussion main folder into the Construction Guide folder. In addition I would add a few new categories to the Construction Guide folder. A few categories that I could think of would be Hatch Construction, Gallery Construction and Ideas, Windows and Doors, Walls and Floors.

It would be a lot of work to move stuff around and would be a major change, but it would make it easier for people to browse specific topics.

If Mike ever decides to go a route similar to this I would be glad to help.
