[Gettin Started]

First post...thanks to everyone for making this forum such a great source of information. I'm hoping to start a CT conversion soon, and am looking for a trailer.

Trailer plans:
6x12 V nose single axle
Prefer 5.2K torsion axle w/brakes to use the trailer for purposes other than recreation. Have to decide whether to settle for 3K springs in stock, or order what I really want. I also want brakes because my tow vehicle (minivan) isn't heavy duty and I'll be towing in mountains. I don't see that as being overboard, even if not truly necessary...thoughts?
Prefer to have a window pre-installed, but may have to do that myself or take it somewhere to have it done
Plan to insulate either with spray foam (pay to have it done if cost is reasonable, or order kit and do it myself) or EPS

Draft plans include couches with removable center section to make it into a bed, bunk beds for the kids that fold to the side of the trailer, and PD4045 to distribute 12V and 110V power.

Anyone have recommendations on best trailer source in Eastern Colorado (in-stock or order to spec)? Hope to make a decision within the next few weeks whether to buy off a lot of order.
