Posting pics trouble...

Hi guys, I have been searching the forum on how to post pictures and have found nothing that works for me. Every time I try to post a picture I get an error message that my file was invalid. Can any of you help me?

Could it be you are using a invalid file type, the board only allows JPG, GIF and PNG files....

Keeping file small about 640 x 480 resolution maximum also help...
