Did an all day test using the 50 w. solar panel and inverter to run the little 3 ft3 dorm refrigerator. It worked fanstastic. The battery is an old car battery a neighbor gave me a year or so ago. I had charged the battery overnight with the regular charger. Disconnected all 120 v and started up the fridge at max cool at 8am, no solar on, straight pull from battery/inverter. Turned on solar at 9, but overcast. By 10am the sun was out, fridge running with no problems and battery was getting charged while running the system. I ran it for 10 straight hours, on high, with outside temps in the 90s. Not a single problem! Tomorrow I'm going to test the system with the little AC I picked up at a junk yard for $15.
Solar is the 50 watt Renolgy, inverter is 2000 watt Centech, fridge is a Haier 3 ft3, battery is some older Mopar from my neighbor's pickup.
