I finally got back to this project and finished tearing apart the trailer. I used a circular saw to cut the old floor out and forgot to set the blade depth

I took it to a welder over lunch today and he fixed it all for me. Hopefully I can start putting the floor on next week.

My current idea for a floor:
1/8in Luan
1/2in plywood
1x2in framing w/ foam board filler
1/4in Plywood on bottom, roofing tar for water proofing.

Tee-nuts embedded into flooring with washers and bolts securing the floor to the trailer frame.
