Took trailer out on maiden voyage, rained like crazy, pulled well, was happy to have awning. Decided I'll get.some new spring seats, and put springs over axles. Re installed large window, reduced amount of butyl tape used, seated much better.

I bought dexter over under kit from etrailer, wasnt able to find spring seats or ubolts locally. Gained 7 inches of clearance on trailer. Tires look tiny, had to buy a step and Jack extension for tongue.

Haven't made any exciting improvement. Welded stabalizer jacks on, got a new hitch, last window in. I got a single step I need to put on in am. Got 3 gallons of herculiner for ramp, beavertail and "garage" section. Took it out for 5 nights with my family, mom, brother, sister nieces and nephews. Am planning on doing herculiner tomorrow am, need to insulate tailgate prior, what are your thoughts on doing vinyl plank flooring, the floating tone and groove type with quarter round trim around edges? Would be pinned down at transition from bedliner across width of trailer and at the step up from side door.

LVT flooring is what I am leaning towards as well. We had it installed in our offices last year at work and it has held up great in a tuff environment.

Good to hear. Thanks msnglinc. I got a few things done this past week, put in a step, porch light, 3 coats of herculiner on ramp area and 8 feet into trailer. Not real impressed with the herculiner, splotchy, chunks of large rubber in second gallon.

I have made some progress, for some reason I can't post pictures right now. Working on a rear bed that pulls up to cieling when not in use. Walls are 1x2 18 gauge steel, 16 on center, having a hard time deciding if I need to reinforce walls at that point or if I need to just run either unistrut or steel tube all the way to floor. Set up would be like happijac, except manual.
