Conch Fritter's galley

Yes, when you have a teardrop or tiny camper you must give up the amenities of civilized living -- NOT!

I present the fully operational galley of Conch Fritter!
Italian Espresso anyone?
Would you care for more ice?
The rotisserie chicken will be ready in an hour.
I forgot to turn off the hot water, oh well.

And I only have the convection oven simply to be able to say I have one when someone in a big RV says "Well yeah, but you can't roast a chicken in that little camper."

Almost done except for the "finishin'"

So... you really can take it with you while you're gone.

Ok, I bring the convection oven just to piss off my wife, she hates it. It has never been used but we've hauled it around through 3 different campers.

The icemaker is something my wife also initially poo-poo'd, until we were 3 weeks into a trip through the southwest and not once had we purchased ice, now she loves it. That little sucker just keeps on ticking, every 6-8 minutes, 9 ice things. Yes, sitting at Muley Point throwing away ice was a high point in my life. (I have a very strange life)

The Bialetti Moka coffee maker is the absolute best. We use it daily, makes the best cup of real coffee you've ever had and then the wife uses it to also make cappuccino. Nothing like being in the middle of nowhere, 30 degrees out and voila - the perfect cappuccino!

We like to cook and eat well while camping. I did the same when sailing. The idea on the galley is to have it go from stowed away to fully functioning in 2 minutes. Almost there now, but still have to tweak a few things. :)
