 Seems real practical, Ira. Air bag bumpers - just like a real crabber! 8)

I can see you have a problem!

The crab is a wet critter that pulls everything including crap from e-bay closer to itself. Do you have a jones or what Ira? Your lost in the orb of wet and wild crab cakes from every direction. Now that ya have fenders.... wow there is no holding you back ... you will be crab-nurturing junk from e-bay and as Chip says weighing down yur rig in no time flat.

This guy on eBay was really cool. He paints them himself, and he didn't have this size buoy, with a red crab (he had blue), oriented on the horizontal. So he painted one up for me yesterday for my approval:

He screwed up on the name, which he'll fix, and I just ordered 6 which will total 36" wide. That leaves me 12" to use for a little spacing.

Whenever I buy this crap on eBay, I always get the guy's regular email address so I can send him photos of the TD and give him a TD history lesson. (I'm BOUND to get a convert soon!)

And wait until you guys see my crab dish towels, potholders and cloth napkins that I bought 9 MONTHS ago.

I've still had no luck finding crab underwear, though.

I can't imagine it's too easy finding baby doll nighties for them either, huh?

Oooops--there I go again:

I just ordered my $25 Coleman powered shower to use as my sink's water supply. (I just can't justify $200 for the Hot Water on Demand.)

They didn't have a model with any crabs on it though.

I am certainly glad to see that I am not the only one that thinks of Ira when I see 'crabby' things. JCPenney's has beach towels with crabs on them. Ira, I think of you every time I see them in the store.

Karol

P.S. Let me know if you want one. I'll send it to you.

Ira,
When you get it all done, there will only be one thing left to do...
Get a tatoo of a crab pot, attached to a line and stake... just below the belt line, off to one side. :R

I'm considering getting the friendship basket weave design tatooed bracelet style, around my bicep when I get mine built...
