Hi, all! I just got home a couple hours ago. It was quite a trip! Thanks, Debbie and Randy, for setting up this great event. Thanks also go to Sam and Kat and Dave and Lisa, who supported Debbie and Randy in their efforts and who helped settle my tiny trailer beside the tree on the sloping hillside.

Mike, your pictures are great! The only picture I can possibly add is one of the bull snake that I almost stepped on. Unfortunately, one can not photograph the comments of surprise, or the squeals or "crykee" comments as it tried to go under the car and succeeded in intertwining in the wheel well of the car before Crocodile Dundee came to the rescue and convinced it to go elsewhere.

Just one question Debra and Randy, why can't this wonderful event be every year?

Primarily because we enjoy going to the IRG in the redwoods, and that is almost a week trip for us. With Randy doing most of his work in the summer, the year we did it two in a row, it was a little overwhelming. If some else wants to take over organizing, go for it!
