lol Sorry I forgot to post some on here. I had a small set back with the other two panels I had ordered.. Apparently the order got held by customs for a week or so just long enough for the tariff to go into effect. Solar blvd is not sure when they will get them back in stock now.. Kinda of sucks cause I made my mounts with 4 of those 80 watt panels in mind. So far the two has worked really well though. Four of them is probably a little over kill, But at the same time we haven't used them with much overcast or during the winter yet. I've been keeping an eye on their site they said they are looking for a new distributor for those panels. With me already having two of them and having the mounts made for a panel that size I'd still by the same panels even if they are a little more expensive.. Not sure I'd pay another 30% or so though.. That Tariff is pretty frustrating. The more I read about it the more :x I get. It pretty much won't do anything but make us the customers pay more for solar in the mean time till the companies in china come up with a work around. Even then the panels will probably be slightly more expensive but still much cheaper the US made panels. So it pretty much won't help the use market but will force us to pay more for the same china made panels.. Nice...... lol anyway sorry for the rant here is the only picture I have so far.. I was going to take one once all the panels were up there. For now the wires into the junction box is just taped up. I was going to silicone them once I wired all 4 in.

Awesome build YA got there, my question is what make is the trailer and did u have to brace any underneath for the heavy water tanks. I'm thinking on the lines of 25 gallons U said yours were 30 g. Thanks in advance. how's that tundra like that long trailer? IVE got the titan and going to pick up a 7x20 next month.

8ball, your build has been great to follow and has given me great direction on my own build. I have a unique situation with my fridge similar to yours, that being it does not but up to an exterior wall in my current configuration. I would like to keep it this way so I don't have to modify what I have already framed in(found out post framing the unique needs of an rv fridge to vent properly). How did you adequately vent your unit without having it up against a wall? I know that it is critical to have air passing from the bottom to top of the rear of the unit in a closed off area to maximize air flow(cooling) and vent properly so no fumes are escaping into the cabin of the TT. Im very interested in how you managed through this in your build so any specific details would be greatly appreciated.

 When can you build me one? Mine looks like a "Baby" compared to yours, beautiful set up.

Mine isn't typical but with the bus bar it's easy to add (or replace) batteries, inverter, solar charger etc at an easily accessed location. I have 4 x 250Ah AGMs and a 3/6 kW inverter plus charger etc and maintenance/modifications are pretty easy and the marine battery isolators let me kill the bus at will. All cable #2 welding cable.

Boy, I hope I can get my wiring to look as neat and organized as this.

Hey 8ball_99,
Nice job on your build.

Is that 1/8" plate your using for your brackets and 1" 16 gauge square tube for the frame? I love the design of your bedframe and want to do something similar?
