Sue Newstetter's Memorial

Teardrop friend Sue Newstetter's Memorial Service is this Saturday, June 27 beginning at 11:00 in Clyde Holliday State Park, Mt Vernon, Oregon. There will be a pot luck after the service. Sue was a great friend to the teardrop world, promoting our little trailers at every turn. We miss her greatly. God bless her family.

Sue was enthusiastic about teardrop trailers as well as dutch oven cooking. For quite a few years in the early 2000's I was fortunate enough to camp with her at gatherings in Oregon and Washington, as well as the friendly bantering about the proper way to use a dutch oven. She knew her way around cast iron but I was able to do one better on her by explaining how to make dutch oven ice cream. Thought she was doing to bean me with the lid.

Sadly, life, work and family takes precedence more that we would like to see at times and a person is not able to connect with friends as time goes on, But like all others that knew Sue, I will treasure the friendship we shared.

Jack, She always spoke so highly of you. It was such a great privilege to know Sue. Her passion for life was truely amazing.
