You're really coming along well! I'll be excited when I can start doing things like wiring, etc! How did the countertops turn out?

Nice job on the laminate for the galley, amazing how a small thing can make such a large change in how it looks. Wiring looking very nice & tidy, easy access as well on the panel. Getting there & looking good!

If you are taking a vote, I like the charcoal gray with the red, better than the wood finish. The wood finish is nice, but the gray doesn't compete with the red tone in the tile like the brown wood does, making it look more sophisticated.

The galley is looking good. I like the grey on the bench too. The hinged flap for the wiring is a great idea

Thanks Frank. The hinged raceway was so I didn't have to have it inside but it's ended up being a much better option anyway

I've been sick! Didn't leave the hotel yesterday and it's about 9 am now... going to try breakfast.
All I ate yesterday was a small amount of bland buffet last night.
Having a great trip though and fly to singapore tomorrow in the afternoon then legoland the following day and one and a half more days then back home to bills and reality

Well I'm sitting at changi airport about 1 hour or so away from getting on my 8 hour flight home:(
Truth be known the only thing I'm remotely excited about going home for is getting back into the benroy build.
It's funny you know how these builds consume our thoughts.... I was walking around ancient ruins or people watching and eating in a crowded hawker center and I'd get an idea or solve a problem I'd been dwelling on.
Anyway sad to be leaving I love asia and could happily spend the rest of my life here particuly singapore. Alas it's reality check time and time to start drumming up work and getting back into the business of reality!
See you on the other side of the equator
