4x8 sheets of cellular pvc at big box store

I haven't posted in quite a while but building another teardrop (that will sleep 2 adults and 2 toddlers) is always on my mind. I was at Home Depot the other day and saw full 4x8 sheets of PVC, I think 1/2". I don't know if anyone has tried using it or how well cellular PVC even is. I've never used the stuff except some quarter round trim that broke every time I tried putting a finishing nail in it. Even so I was pretty excited to see something locally available that could be used for wall panels that is impervious to moisture. I made all three of my teardrops so that it should have been decades, if ever, before any degradation of the wood might begin occurring, but using sheets of PVC would cut down on a lot of the work and precautionary measures. I'd have to assume PVC is no where near as strong as plywood but with some reinforcing I'd think it could work plus we're not talking very much weight on it. Maybe the road vibration would affect it? I mean you can glue it up and stuff too. Any thoughts?

This was 1/8" Sequencia brand panel commonly used as a bathroom shower liner and in commercial kitchens. It is a lot tuffer than you would think.

I seen the PVC sheets too 4×8×1/2 there is no data sheets there to tell you about it but I might try it
