Hi ya folks!
My wife and I have been using a tent for our camping trips these past 3 years. This past 4th of July weekend we were up at Lake Lanier (Old Federal campground), and were just miserable in the tent. She rolled over to me and said "I think we should get a pop-up trailer with A/C!" My mind immediate jumped to a memory of a teardrop camper that was in the 2012 Neiman Marcus Christmas catalog. Now, there's no way I can afford a $150,000 camper, but the idea of having something similar appealed to me. I googled teardrop camper and got all kinds of of images. One image jumped out at me and that was the Giget Trailer from a company in Australia. I especially liked the footwell and folding bed that make a nice little couch to watch TV on. Why can't I build something like that? I found TNTTT and noticed a slew of camper designs that I can work with! The camper I want to build should be on a 5' wide frame (extra space inside), a galley out back, 30amp service, and lightweight.
Hope to learn a lot here!
