Gama seal deck or access hatch

I have used these on almost all of my recent boat builds and know they are waterproof and air tight.
I will also be using them on my current foamie build, as window covers for towing.
I think theses would be great as acess hatches to storage spaces, or hose and electric cord storage. also an easy to make under floor storage acess, compared to a larger wood hatch.
The best part being that you can buy these at home improvement stores or online for about $7.
I have black lids at all my local Home depots, recently I found white at the Lowe's in Plattsburg, NY, on line you can get a range of colors. Plastic paint could also give you custom colors.

Im actualy using stainless steel deck plates witch are virtually the same on my build for the reasons and uses you mentioned.
A bit more pricey but very cool ans very functional
