I just joined and have a home built teardrop (my kids and I built). I am a semi-retired baptist minister and an avid woodcarver. My tear drop is not finished yet because I am always looking for ideas and improvements. I built the exterior last year and this year have concentrated on the galley installing cherry cabinets. I have started to hand carve the cabinet doors and drawer fronts. I look forward to seeing what others are doing and where they are traveling

I am in north central Ohio an hour south of Cleveland. I did add a picture of my teardrop to my galley. I will have pictures of the cabinets soon as I can find them.

I also just added an early picture of cabinet carving. The bread box has a greenman carved on it. The top cabinet doors all now have the same figure as you see on the first. I am in the process of designing the patterns for the bottom drawer fronts and doors.

That's awesome...

You're 1 hr south of Cleveland? Sounds like Akron/Canton area... I was from SW Cleveland, about 1/2 hour or so...

Welcome to the forums.

I grew up in Huber heights Ohio ( Dayton ) and try to get back every time I can.

I love the carving, hope to see you out camping one day.
