Nuther new guy from Colorado

Hi guys,
I was looking for a new project and stumbled onto Teardrop Trailers. Pretty stoked as it was starting to look like I was going to build a canoe, and I'm not a "canoe guy".
Anyhoo, I'm a general contractor in real life and have just about every tool you could need to build a TD. I'll start a build thread here, and on pirate4x4.com. My plan is to go all out on a 5x9 (I'm 6'4")in a classic shape, with all the modern necessaries, discreetly hidden of course.
