It's official fellow campers! Plans for the Spring TearUp 2016 are well under way. This will be our 12th consecutive year of this popular event! As always the TearUp is held at Fish Creek Pond Campground in upstate New York, just north of Tupper Lake. Fish Creek is the ultimate in lakeside camping experience with abundant water ways accessible right from your site! A paddlers dream indeed.
Please note that the TearUp was a teardrop inspired event, but by no means do you need to own, or be in the process of buying/building a teardrop to participate! Although about 1/2 of campers will bring along a teardrop, many are in other smaller trailers like Scottys, T@Bs, Shastas, Metendorfs, homebuilts, travel trailers, even fifth wheels!
If you love to camp lakeside, love the Adirondacks, and love to meet other laided back campers, then this is the event for you!
No need to join a 'club', there are no dues, no special handshakes and no schedules. Just come out and enjoy a great time and make some new friends!
If you have them, be sure to bring your bikes and/or canoe/kayaks!
