You should be able to click on it for larger size? I'll send it your way.

Did a fair bit today on and off.
Got the overhang glued on the otherside and trimmed up.
My huricane hinges and the door for the build for this other bloke arived today and the power outlets for the galley.
I flipped the hatch over an hour ago and checked it out. Man its incredible how much strenth this canvas adds when its dry... incredible.
So i just rolled on a coat of zinther smart prime, its expensive but verry verry good.
I scored about 3 liters for free off a mate of mine.
Its come up realy good but im getting slightly concerned i might loose the texture of this canvas if i apply to many coats so next coats top coat.... watch this space.

Newbie here, trying hard to read before asking questions, but these acronyms are killing me! Google did not help.

What is TB2? What is PMF?

Sorry jerry.
Tightbond 2 is a benchmark wood adhesive. They make tb3 witch is waterproof but problematic sticking to itself when dry...or so ive heard from several sources.
Pmf = poor mans fiberglass except its not that cheap!
But it basicly entails glueing canvas onto foam or plywood and applying paint to both waterproof and make it more stable

Thanks for the response Dales123. Google likes Poor Mans Fiberglass and I found several videos. I am ready to put my floor down on a trailer I purchased in '89. It is 5x8 so my floor will have a seam in the middle and I want to insure it is water tight. :applause:

Wow, the surface is so good, it looks like it is a RMF, not a PMF.
