Ive got mill finish insert trim going aroung the edge an yes the ally gois from frint to back and tbe subfloor section it ally checkerplate.
I was goint to put a big 50s style cadalac V in the canvas area under the flap in a similay angle.
Nothing set in stone but i just thought that it didnt look right with the ally the whole way down v the hatch.

The town is all looking quite good and attracting quit a few tourists. The train is doing regular trips up and down the street. When were you last there?

We had a drive up to Kerikeri, with a couple of car club members, had lunch by the stone store then detoured through Paihia for an ice cream on the waterfront and home for afternoon tea. There have been a lot of changes around the stone store area since you were last there. I will stick some more pictures in my travel thread.

Well this weekend I did a whole lot of procrastinating,a fair bit of shopping and wasted far to much time on the dreaded electrical.
I did however get the hatch spar installed for good, the last of the foam installed, sanded back, the final part of the roof skinned and flush trimmed.
All that's left to do on the exterior is to canvas the roof, work out my hatch notch then canvas the sides.
Wasn't to bad a weekend on the while

Nice colorful storefront. Wish I could ride again, but the pressure from home will not allow me to get a bike. Keep up the good posting. For me it is the only way I will get to see your country.

Those are actualy public toilets I helped build and tiled the interiors of going back almost 20 years.
Hundertwasser toilets or kawakawa toilets will show you a few internal pics.

Looks like you have enough power outlets to run a data center! Isn't wiring fun? It's a PITA, but needs to be done so the rest can go together. Looks nice & should be a tidy setup once it's finished & working. Are you testing everything as you go, one circuit at a time?

Yea wiring sucks.i might be alot of things but an electrician I'm not.
I've had all the internal circus going at least once and will be able to get to them all later.
All the lower circuts are perminantly accessible inside the raceway.

Ive probably gone a little overboard but rather have to much than to little.
