Steel frame/composite pannel build

I was asked by a guy whod seen what id done if i could build him something to hunt/camp with.
Hed done things differently than i would but he hadnt aproached me until hed already brought the trailer.
So his instructions were an opening window each side,a rear teardrip style door,a basic box with a 45 angle at the front, a bench that folds down one side and 2 x battery mounts at the rear and reposition the spare wheel so a stora g e box can be fitted to the draw bar.its also completely removeable to revert back to a trailer
My bro inlaw fabricateted the frame for me i havnt got the time at the moment.
He did a great job.

That’s quite Nice eh !!!

We have a steel framed cargo trailer , 1” square tube frame with steel skin ... Very STRONG , very durable !!!

Got a heap done today.
Finished all the wiring off inside ect on my build then got stuck into this after the composite panel arived.

Gotta say flush trimming this stuffs the least fun I've had in quiet a while.
The stuff is all over the neighborhood and all through my hair.
Its a bastard!

I saw it and am considering it,
I am thinking of using ply as I am thinking of some varnished ply detailing on my 'van will break the 'icebox' look of the whiteness

Got the rear wall on and cut the door out after work today,test fitted it but as usual rain stopped play.
Hope to get the roof pannel on tomorrow after work if I finish early enough as im v groving the back of the sheet to seamlessly fold it around the front 45 degree angle.
I was initially going to construct my own one this way way back when and its fast easy construction and alot cheaper but mines the better for how I've done it.
Might revisit this method later though

Well she's all finished.
Customer came over after work last night for a final check over before it gos back to shanes to get the battery bowes and spare wheel welded on.
