It has an interesting rain gutter added to help prevent rain from flooding the hinge when the lid is up, while it's raining.
I'm too familiar with that scenario when I didn't level the rear of my teardrop and I could see water trickling into the galley.
Since then I've put a piece of door seal on the exterior of the hinge, like Grant had suggested, to prevent it from happening again.
It looks to be an exact copy of the other image/hinge but has the addition of the rain gutter.
