sorry but im not computer savy been trying to reduce the pics from 2200 to 640/480 but cant figure it out if someone can explain to me [in laymans terms ] how to do this i would appreciate it

A photo program on your computer would be good. If you have one, just select the photo and then change the size. It should give you opt. of inches or pixl. The program that you use to upload from camara to computer should work for you. If not let us know and we'll proceed from there.

A very good program that can be used for resizing and adjusting photos is Picassa from Google. It's a free download and can be found at

Windows XP came with Microsopt photo editor. Not much for fixing pictures, however, it is very easy to resize a photo with it:

on the Image command, select resize, change units to pixels and type the size you want.

To help reduce the size of pics, photobucket.com does this automatically when you put pics to your album on their site. Simple, easy....

To add, most forums require a web location to link to pics, or to have them in the message.
