When I was a kid I was at a family campout. We had our Apache canvas top pop up. A couple of great aunt/uncles had their Holiday Rambler trailers. Tents and cabins too. One night at the campfire someone asked one of my g/uncles why he had a HR instead of an Airstream.

His reply:

I spent XX months as a cook in submarines in the Pacific [WWII]. I had ENOUGH of curved cupboards and walls!

Pretty much sized things up!

 Yeah, submarines can be tough. I understand that the guys who work and live in them have to take a psychological test before they can be assigned to one. And, some of us think teardrops are tough! At least submarines have flushing toilets. Ya just have to remember the right way to flush 'em!

Anyway, the curves are why I posted it here. After all, the first part of the forum name is teardrops and some people just love the shape and don't care about lost headroom, etc.

Yup! Ah, well....Chances are it'll never be sold on this side of the "pond" anyway.
Just enjoy the looking. Ya never know....somebody might get an idea or two from it.
