Generic Benroy measurement question

Postby sned » Thu Oct 15, 2015 12:59 am

I'm doing some planing/layout on the floor of my Benroy build and have a question about the measurement from the lower cabinets to the rear of the floor.

If i'm reading the plans correct it looks like the lower cabinets are set back 3.125 inches, is that correct? Images of other builds the cabinets appear further back.

I am building a benroy almost complete that measure ment sounds about right but if u want u can move it I'm 6'2' I think I moved mine to get enough room in the cabin to stretch out just be aware that you have enough room for cabinet doors and knobs when hatch is closed good luck and I can measure mine this evening when I get home from work also another word of advise if your plans show a notch on galley Walls I wouldn't put it it will make things a lot easier on you when it comes to trim and building hatch
