The GB plans are some of best tools available for free on the internet. They were used to build my TD, and they have been the basis for many more, but I would like to recommend a coup!e of updates.
First, the current plans call for a 30 inch door. I suggest including some discussion around a smaller door, including what size cutouts are used for a commercial door, as well as some discussion around where the handle goes if you use locking doors. There are two important options.
The bigger change would be around the galley hatch. My guess is that the galley hat h is pretty high in trouble spots for new builders. I suggest something more like the "Fredrick's style" . skin the body and then cut the hatch from the sides, but do like mikes foamie and have the hatch sides extend forward past the hinge location. Add a 1/2 "gutter" along the interior and that should resolve leaks for the next generation of TDs. If this infringes too much on Mr. Fredricks then at least add a mention about another way to do it and some guidance to his e-book ( or both)
The canvas/paint option could also be added to skinning options.
