If your total budget for a solar power kit is $250.00 you might need to step down to a 100 watt panel.

Amazon.com sells a 100 watt Renogy panel, a mppt controller and panel mounts for $222.46

I personally favor using a mppt charge controller which harvests more power (up to 30% more) from a solar panel than a less costly pwm charge controller. You wrote that you want a fridge. So getting all the power you possibly can from your solar panel is important.

A needed first step is to estimate your daily power needs. Then design a system to meet, or exceed, that.

I got my panel from http://www.powerenz.com. Best feature is portability...and space is always at a premium for small travel trailers.

If you are running two 35ah batteries in parallel for a total of 70ah @12v you'd be well suited by anything in the 70+w range.

100w would give you a nice safety margin, anything larger really is overkill
My build, 5x8 modified benroy "Smiles to go". Started April 2nd 2015, first trip August 2nd 2015.
