long ago I cut out the doors from the original trailer side. I cut it with a dremel. It has irregular sides no corner is square. no side is flat edged.
I thought of making an "X" from corner to corner so it would stay as close to the edge as possible. so I could keep the distance from the center to the edge the same for each for left and right top lines this would give me a straight line for the top. then doing the same for the bottom, then the going to the sides the same way.

So how do you make sure they are square and flat? remember not two sides are flat and no corner is square!
i could add a pc of square wood to one side and edge and work from there too.

could sand it down but i am thinking with this method I can cut it on the table saw.
I will try and do a photo later.
