Has Anyone Used A Vent Fan Upgrade Kit?

The fan in my roof vent is too noisy, doesn't move enough air, and only has one setting. I found this, while looking for a new vent/fan, and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this particular vent fan or this manufacturer? It seems like an easier fix that replacing the entire roof vent.

two 80mm Antec three speed computer case fans each will move 100 CFM (a bit optimistic) on high. On low where we have them most of the time they are virtually silent.

I like the idea of using the quiet pc fans but in my experience they have problems in other uses because they can't deal with much static pressure. Good for volume at no pressure but when there is a blockage not so much unless you have adequate return air.

I have used them in the past on generator cooling when building generator enclosures and ended up going to a squirrel cage fan.
