A question for everyone:
When I had originally came up with this design, I had planned on skinning the whole thing in aluminum. Since I found 4x10 birch for the outside walls, it seems a shame to cover it up. So I plan on fiber glassing the whole thing with the roof skinned in alum. However, the problem is attaching the side walls. The plan was originally to screw through the sides into the floor. now with the sides exposed, is there a decent way to do this that will look decent. The side walls are only 1/4" thick. I was thinking pinning the walls to the floor with dowels. Would this be enough?
TIA,
David
