Got this from tech support. Wired right to the battery. #8 gage should be fine for my 8-10 feet distance from the battery. That perko battery switch and DC buss panel may find use in the boat I guess. Useless for the camper. One 30 AMP main fuse and two single 15 amp breakers for the hood and outlet. Really seems simple now. I can double up those breakers later if I need too.

You have to be a contortionist to get down there and work on this but what an upgrade.

You won't even know that it's there. My WFCO unit is about 20' from my batteries
in the RV. Never hear it unless the fan cuts on. and it takes a bit of 12vdc usage to
get it to cut in. Just keep the battery(s) maintained and you should never have a
problem.

Hey Hank. Thanks. I will leave it where it is then. As hard as it was to have the wife down there holding that up wile I tried to screw in the hinge with a 90 degree bit adapter almost cost me my relationship when I lost patience. That's why it upside down and crooked.
I don't think I can bear to see it that way and must some how get the gumption make it right with out asking the wife again.

Here is a tip I can vouch for. DONT abuse the help. Especially when its your wife.

You move so fast it's hard to keep up! You are a real "Live Wire". ( pun intended) But I gotta tell ya, your ability to absorb information, and put it into action is impressive. You just don't see that anymore.
As long as I'm pumping sunshine up your butt, let me say your electrical, drain/waste/vent, and plumbing are looking GREAT! Just remember any "Celebration Dances in the End zone" are frowned upon and subject to severe penalties.
Also, this just in. From the Dept. of Redundancy Dept,... "You can never have too many backups for your backups." The parts you have replaced by installing the Power Center are now known as "spares". If they don't interfere with anything, you might want to leave them in place so you can find them if (when) you need them. Who has spare parts available to repair systems while at a remote campsite on the 4th of July? A Hero, that's who. We call him "Super Tommy", but you may address him as "Sir". While his "package" is large and bulky, it is still considered "Carry On".
OK, so #1. 30 amp Main breaker controls all AC. #2 goes in the black tank. (2b.) 20amp ac breaker for Air Cond. only. #3 15amp ac breakers for appliances, may be best to keep refrigerator on its own circuit so other less important items won't trip that breaker if (when) they fail.

Hey Tommy,
Quick thought. If you used door hinge on that panel, you could mount 1 half to the trailer (square & true) and the other half to the panel, and then....wait for it, wait for it....join the two halves together with the hinge pin.
Thus saving spousal frustration for more important issues like Dancing with the Stars vs Monday Night Foosball...

WOW . Mcdavie. I feel I should write you a check!
I was going to pull all that out and put it in a box. Not now brother. Yes back up tilt switch got me back to the boat ramp Wednesday. Back up good thing.

And oh yeah, I will pick up a pinned hinge when I get the those breakers tonight. Kathy thanks you.

Much progress. Most good. Some not so. AC electric seems solid. That Air Conditioner always tripped breakers at home and at camp with generator. Gfi circuit at home is only 10 AMPS. In the trailer its 20 AMPS for the air conditioner.Not tripping in the trailer but STILL periodically trips the house 10 AMP GFI breaker when I crank the AC ON max. But you could hang meat in there when and it stays on. Serious. DC dome lights go half dim and flicker at the same time periodically. jump up and down may bring it on/or not. I will trouble shoot. BUT OH NOOOO....the toilet is leaking when I fill tested it.

No leaks in side at all. When I fill the toilet to the brim as well as the black tank it seems to leak I think at that thin foam seal between the floor flange and toilet base and spews out the space here between the bottom of the floor and the tank.
I am comfortable with that wax ring and would like to swap out them as such. Somebody, anybody no what I should do?

No leaks in side at all. When I fill the toilet to the brim as well as the black tank it seems to leak I think at that thin foam seal between the floor flange and toilet base and spews out the space here between the bottom of the floor and the tank.

Trying to wrap my head around what it is that you are saying is leaking. Wouldn't happen
to have some kind of picture or diagram handy to post to show what it is that you think it is???

Good Morning Hank.

No picture at the moment, but this may help.
In order to fill test I used that Flush King device. I placed it on and Cranked the hose on high and ran around to the inside of the trailer. As I depressed the petal to look down inside and watch it fill, I was reminded that the on demand water pump was hooked up and of course it started working as I depressed the petal. This really filled the 15 gallon tank fast and I panicked and at first let up on the petal as I was about to run around and release the tank drain/flush king. But I thought I would take one more quick look and I wanted to be sure it was full. When I depressed the petal again water shot out like it was pressurized. By not depressing the petal the full time as the tank filled air could not escape as the water rushed in from the flush king. I believe and that the water forced its way past the toilet seal as it was under pressure. It really was cascading there underneath the trailer along that 2x4 in the picture as I released the drain. I will try again today and make sure the water pump is off and the petal is depressed the full time to allow air to escape.
The electric issue turned out to be the battery cable, as I just barley set it on the post. That was an easy one and maybe the toilet will be too.

At first I couldn't figure out why you had pressurization as you have a vent then it dawned on me
while pouring the 2ed cup of coffee, ... the drop hole isn't vented till ya open the hole ...
This is an excellent learning opportunity. After it dries out, turn off the pump, dump 2, 5 gal. buckets
of water in then turn on the pump, and use your "Onboard" water supply to fill it the rest of the way
with the foot peddle. Here's the learning part ... LISTEN to the sound of the water as it enters, the
closer to the top it gets the sound will change. This is important so that you will know when to find
a place to dump it and so that you won't end up having it 'burp' some of the contents at you when
you flush and the escaping air launches the bowel contents at the flusher. Hope this helps flatten your
learning curve.

Yes Hank. I will do exactly that as I do not have tank sensors. Two things though.
#1. Why didn't the black tank roof vent exit that pressure. Maybe to small?

#2. Hope I did not rupture the tank.

It worked fine ... the trapped air was between the flush ball and the top of the tank.
Just indicates that the rubber seal in the bowl works really well. Had you not shut off the water then
you most likely would have given the roof a wash ...

#2. Hope I did not rupture the tank.
