RIP Gage

Postby dmb90260 » Mon Jul 04, 2016 8:59 am

I am sorry to report that the TT&T Curmudgeon, Gage Enoch has moved on to a bigger forum where I am sure he is holding forth on the real history of trailers and Teardrops.

Sorry to hear that. Condolences to his family.

For all his irascibility, he was a good, smart guy. He will be missed.

I was fortunate enough to meet him and talk to him for quite a while at the last Dam gathering that he went to. He was actually a very decent human being, a kind man, in person. I think part of his evident impatience on the forum came from the exhaustion of struggling to live every day. It wasn't easy for him. Now, his struggles are over. Rest in peace, Gage.

Condolences to his wife and those who loved him.

So sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers go out to the family. He was a major influence in my decision to start teardropping with his posts of knowledge and picture albums of the gatherings.

Well, crap!
The good news is that if there is an afterlife, he'll get the place sorted out in no time ;)

His posts often had a feeling where he came off as somewhat of an ass. The only time We camped together I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice a guy he really was.
Rest in piece teardrop dude.

So Sorry to hear this news.
Gage helped me out so much when I was getting started on the forum. He was a computer whizz as well as being a knowledgeable trailer guy and Street Rodder.
When we met, we hit it off right away!
I think it was the lack of Tolerance we both had for "Stupid" and our lack of fear to call a spade a spade. ;)
You will be missed by more than most may think here on the Forum.
RIP Gage

Oh noooo! I thought that man was too ornery to be taken to the pearly gates! Dang it. He and I private messaged a few times and had some good conversations...some good laughs too. I'm so sorry to hear he has left us physically but I'm sure he will always be with us spiritually. Rest in peace my friend.
